The very last thing we ate in Paris was this crepe from Breizh Café in Le Marais, our first crepe of the entire trip! (Well, I guess this is actually a galette, since it’s savory and made from buckwheat flour.) We were in a huge hurry, so we met Jack’s cousin there for a last goodbye, got it to go, and ate it an hour or so later at the airport, and it still blew our minds!
