The cocktail service at @bibodanigarcia was incredible, my favorite that I’ve ever seen in fine dining. I was given a deck of cards with a photo of a cocktail on each, which was genius marketing, because once you see these things, you feel like you have to have ALL of them. My tropical cocktail was served in what looked like a paper cup with paper straws, topped with a whole pepper. My boyfriend got the vanilla and caramel whiskey sour, served in a smoking dome. Our friend got the flower therapy topped with live buds. There’s a cocktail served in a Chinese takeout container, one that tastes like tobacco, and one in an apothecary bottle. They’re all so inventive I don’t know how we ever chose! One of the most memorable parts of any meal I’ve had.
