Pulled oxtail brioche at @bibodanigarcia, because someone told me I HAD to eat oxtail in Spain. He was right. We also ordered this side of Russian potato salad (mayo, olive oil, quail eggs, and garlic chips), and my friend said it was “just too rich”. So I ate his AND mine.
