Chef @dabizdiverxo has the only 3-Michelin-starred restaurant in Madrid, but we wanted to try @streetxo_madrid, his more casual restaurant that’s on one of the tops floors of a department store. There are no reservations, so we showed up right when it opened and still had to stand in a queue outside. (The restaurant clearly anticipates this and has stanchions set up to make everything simple.) The food is SUPER interesting and tasty, and you’ll want to order everything on the menu. We were lucky enough to snag a seat on the outdoor patio overlooking the city and could have stayed there sipping cocktails all afternoon if our tab wasn’t adding up so quickly!
