The third course at the @craft_newyork @homaruslobster lobster dinner: tempura soft shell crab with a prosciutto chip, green chickpeas, and pickled mustard seed. I have to admit that eating a crab, shell and all, always makes me a little squeamish, but the actual experience is so deliciously crispy! The second photo is my friend showing you how thin and transparent the prosciutto chip was.
