From my dinner at @templecourtnyc last night as part of @nycgo @nycrestaurantweek: the pork wellington with peaches & cream sauce. I just love when a dish is both comforting and exciting. The pork was beautifully crusted and cooked a perfect medium-rare in the way that chefs have embraced these past few years (I support it!), and the fruits were a combination of sweet and super sour. Even the cooked greens underneath were just salty and creamy and delectable. I also loved that the server left me an extra bowl of the sauce to use as I pleased!
