
From my dinner at @templecourtnyc last night as part of @nycgo @nycrestaurantweek: the cherries jubilee with coconut sorbet and cocoa nib. I had no idea what to get for dessert and scoured Instagram for ideas on which to choose. THIS IS THE ONE, guys. The coconut sorbet is sweet and light, and then you have the dark, rich cocoa nib, which was like eating thick dark chocolate frosting. Then the sour cherries come in, and I don’t even know what that slice of brittle was, but it was kind of caramel-y, kind of funky, and I loved it.
