On our quest to just stuff ourselves beyond recognition in Barcelona, we…

On our quest to just stuff ourselves beyond recognition in Barcelona, we couldn’t overlook the restaurants from Albert Adrià, one of masterminds behind elBulli, a restaurant so important to modern cuisine that I won’t try to sum it up in this half-sentence. I also happen to LOVE Mexican cuisine, so Adrià’s collaboration with chef Paco Méndez, the Michelin-starred @hoja_santa, was an obvious choice. The whole meal was centered around surprises, and one of the most fun dishes we had were these build-your-own Trump Tacos. Pork, of course. Our server gave us a wink as she told us our President was making impressions around the world. 🙂 More to come!
