
On our quest to just stuff ourselves beyond recognition in Barcelona, we couldn’t overlook the restaurants from Albert Adrià, one of masterminds behind elBulli, a restaurant so important to modern cuisine that I won’t try to sum it up in this half-sentence. I also happen to LOVE Mexican cuisine, so Adrià’s collaboration with chef Paco Méndez, the Michelin-starred @hoja_santa, was an obvious choice. The whole meal was centered around surprises, and one of the most fun dishes we had were these build-your-own Trump Tacos. Pork, of course. Our server gave us a wink as she told us our President was making impressions around the world. More to come!
