
Dinner tonight at the brand new @bluebirdlondon_nyc at @theshopsatcolumbuscircle during their soft opening! They told us to take it easy on them, but there was no need; service was friendly and well-prepared, and the food was even better than expected. We came especially for the Beef Wellington for 2, a massive filet covered in mushrooms and baked in pastry. So buttery and rich, no wonder every table was ordering it and they were sold out by 8pm! We also loved the crudo with yuzu and jalapenos, and the truffle-topped cheese souffle made an incredible side dish for our Wellington. We’ve been watching too much “Great British Bake Off” and were so excited to see an orange marmalade Bakewell tart and a sticky toffee pudding on the dessert menu. Thanks to Chef @nicolashoulbert and the entire team for a great dinner!
