Our first time in Barcelona, we did the tasting menu at Hoja Santa, the fine dining restaurant from Albert Adrià (one of masterminds behind #1-in-the-world-for-forever elBulli). I’m a Mexican cuisine freak, so on our second trip, we tried out the street food version of the restaurant, the collaboration with chef Paco Méndez called @nino_viejo. Even with only two of us, we tried most of the menu, including guac, tacos, tortas, flan, and even some huitlacoche (corn fungus!).
