
Dinner at @aluresavannah, a seafood-forward Southern restaurant in the historic district. My friend had the duck breast, and I had the shrimp & grits, and we loved the biscuits and cornbread to start. Dessert was pecan pie and the chocolate torte, and everything was delicious, but we had just eaten a MASSIVE afternoon snack a couple of hours before, so I took basically my entire meal to go. But then there was dancing in the streets at City Market, and we had to join in, so I put my grits down on a curb, and someone had taken them when I came back. Well played, grits thief.
