Intoku ramen pop-up dinner at @goodstock! I got the pork (obvs), and one of my friends got the vegetarian. Only eight seats, and you got to watch the chef in action behind the soup counter as he topped your @sunnoodles. The chef said, “Intoku is a word I came across through the years that I have always been attracted to. It’s basically the Japanese word for doing good or right on your own. Without looking for praise or recognition. Just doing right because that’s what should be done.” Let me tell you what, though–this ramen deserved recognition.
