Dinner at @wildinknyc at the new mall at @hudsonyards, where the highlight was this incredible duck breast and crispy leg with kumquats. We also had and loved: 2) risotto with mushroom, yuzu, and miso butter, 3) full English breakfast dumplings, 4) shrimp and bacon siu mai, 5) crab rangoon in a crab dish, 6) bulgogi beef puff, 7) vanilla cured salmon, 8) pineapple upside down cake, 9) coconut rice pudding, and a ton of other things I can’t even fit here. The food was honestly insanely delicious, the space was gorgeous and spacious with a lovely view over the river even on a rainy day, and the service was friendly and attentive. It truly pained me to spend, like, $4 per dumpling, but I also really want to eat every bit of this food again, so what’re you gonna do?
