Brunch at @myersandchang in Boston, probably the last city I ever thought would make me crave Asian food, but oh boy, was this stuff craveable. We had: 1) fried egg banh mi with soy glazed bacon, 2) braised pork belly bao, 3) wild boar dan dan noodles, 4) Mama Chang’s pork + chive potstickers, 5) lemony shrimp dumplings, and 6) edamame dip + tortilla chips. I loved the reimagined classic diner look of the place and the menu where you check off all of the things you want to order. We sat at the counter and got to watch the chefs in action, which I highly recommend! Everything was so delicious, you have to order all that we did and more.
