Jack’s friend Andrew drove us to Asbury Park, New Jersey, last night to see Mickey Avalon and Dirt Nasty at a little place called Wonder Bar. The snow had just started to come down when we stopped to eat dinner at an awesome Korean fusion restaurant called MOGO, but we weren’t scared. But it was a full-on blizzard by the time we got to the show, including little tornadoes of snow ripping through the parking lot. The show was well worth it partly thanks to the stripper onstage with Mickey, but we did have to drive about 15 MPH the entire way home. And it hasn’t stopped snowing yet. Here’s a shot of our building’s courtyard right now, and there’s no sign of it ending!
