In Warsaw, we took my boyfriend’s family for a tasting menu at Senses, which is one of two restaurants in Poland with a Michelin star. It was less than $100 for seven listed courses and a million little surprises! This dish of kobe ribs with oyster, blood orange, and spring onion included this plate of “Polish korma”, their take on Indian curry using Polish ingredients. It was an amazing experience, one of the best tasting menus I’ve ever had, served by a wonderful staff who wanted to delight us. My whole review is on donuts4dinner.com now.
