While we were in Zakopane for the day, we took a cable car up to Kasprowy Wierch, a famous skiing mountain in Poland that also happens to be a lovely lookout point on a late summer day. The top is so close to Slovakia that while we were up there, my fiancé got a text from his cellphone provider telling us we’d crossed over into a new country. We felt like real world travelers at that moment.
