Just a sampling of the dishes at 3-Michelin-star @abacgroupbarcelona from Chef @jordicruzoficial in Barcelona! This is exactly my favorite type of fine dining experience: novelty plates shaped like soft pillows, desserts that arrive in shipping boxes that say “muy fragil”, edible lipsticks to embarrass all of the men at the table, AND everything tastes amazing. Hazelnut butter served in a giant hazelnut! Lamb parts steeped like tea! I just love a dinner where you never know what’s going to happen next.
