I spent a week on the island of Mallorca with my fiancé and a couple of friends from September 24th to October 1st last year (hey, only a year late posting these photos!), and Mallorca was actually the entire reason we booked our trip to Spain. We knew we wanted a week in a city and a week at the beach somewhere that was still warm at the end of September, so a friend recommended Mallorca, and Madrid and Barcelona were natural choices after that. Sometimes it hurts me to remember this part of the trip because I’m not on it all of the time and it was THAT GREAT.
