My favorite pizza right now in NYC is from @speedyromeo, as anyone whose spoken to me in the past five months will tell you, because it’s all I talk about. So we were PUMPED to try their take on a chicken parm, thinking it would be the big nasty deep-fried mess we were craving at midnight one night. But it turned out to be HEALTH FOOD! It was grilled chicken, covered in mozzarella and topped with Parmesan crumbs over tomato sauce and kale. KALE!! What I’m saying is that I can’t wait to eat this some night when I’m sticking to my low-carb diet, but thank god we ordered it alongside my favorite Dangerfield pizza with bèchamel, pork-veal meatballs, ricotta, basil, and garlic chips.
