From my @nycgo @nycrestaurantweek dinner at @quality_eats: the s’more “dressed up scoops” with burnt marshmallow ice cream, graham cracker shortbread, and fudge swirls. The super crisp shortbread topped a giant scoop of the marshmallow ice cream, and those marshmallows on top lent this great chewy contrast.
