For an afternoon snack one day in Warsaw, we went to Restauracja Polska Różana to sit in its beautiful garden and relax with an iced coffee (which was topped with whipped cream and chocolate like everywhere else in Europe). I got this delicious beef tenderloin tartare when my boyfriend’s family told me tartare is very common in Poland. Jack’s dad acted like I was breaking the bank with my dish that cost 39 złote, but it turns out that’s a little over $9 USD. ☺️
